We won the International e-Learning Association (IELA) Award for blended learning programme for International Marketers.
This client had an existing learning programme that needed to be reinvigorated and transformed to meet the needs of an organisation which had evolved and grown significantly in size and complexity. Our solution was a blended learning approach, consisting of e-learning, webinars and train-the-trainer methodology in building Marketing Excellence and capability within the business.
The International E-Learning Association is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and practice of e-learning, with members from every continent and from the realms of business, industry, government, and academia. We competed against businesses from around the world to take home the top spot in this category and this award acknowledges that our blended learning approach is world class.
