Best Practice eLearning programmes benchmark and recognise top performance in a company in order to share ideas and apply experiences. These are then integrated into a learning system that can develop new and better ways of working between staff.
We identify and capture business requirements, which are structured into the eLearning module. These are often ‘blended’ with live facilitation so best practice is translated into the tailor-made solution for the user.
We have produced over 300 mini documentaries on over 30 business topics and in doing so interviewed over 2,000 business leaders.
A blended learning framework, management led workshops, Interactive learning/motivational materials were created as best practice to help with the government’s change and improvement campaign for business.
