The company is a global research-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops and commercialises innovative medicines aiming to improve the care of patients suffering from life-threatening diseases, e.g. HIV/AIDS and fungal diseases.
Their product knowledge training for these two high profile disease cures was all paper based; out dated, in English and suffering from version control problems as the different countries tried to translate them and adapt them to the regulatory needs of their markets.
Objective
This pioneer company wanted an eLearning solution that was as innovative as their medicines.
Solution
We delivered an eLearning/eWorking knowledge environment for two main pharma products in the portfolio with the following aims:
- Integrate the ‘learning’ and ‘doing’ into one experience so the KnowledgeBankTM’s use would be on-going
- Portal home for these products that features the two modes of use, LearningZone and KnowledgeZone, and thus presents this as a complete and on-going resource
- Multi-product/multi audience/multi language/multi version solution
- Easy to update with client editor with Tracking/Management reports
