How do I get our users to take advantage of these great eLearning/eWorking solutions?
It is important to involve stakeholders and some users early in the development process. They can then become your ambassadors and promoters. Testing circles, at critical milestones of the project, are a good time to collect user feedback that can be used to promote the solution at launch. When users take ownership of their learning environment and realise that it is a continuous source of support for work, word spreads.
How do you measure your solutions?
We believe in ROII, return on investment at point of interaction. In other words, it is what our clients gain when the learnt knowledge is applied that is the most important measurement. This is measured by identifying key business criteria for the solution that are tracked and monitored at the onset of the project when objectives are set.
Who writes the content?
We do. That is our job. We take your raw content; PowerPoint, source documents, workbooks, and handouts) and work with your experts to turn it into engaging eLearning/eWorking solutions. We have educational writers/editors and medical/disease specialists as part of our creative teams. If you want to use other specialist agencies or consultancies to write the raw content, we can work jointly with them. It’s ideal for the content to be handed to us, early enough for us to add our instructional and design input. This helps to control costs and gets early approvals after the eLearning treatment.
What is your strongest USP?
We believe that the challenges facing business require a new learning model – continuous learning and relearning. Our eLearning/eWorking solutions are for busy/experienced users that need what they need, when they need it. Short, on-demand learning that is current and searchable. You are the ‘driver’ in our environments.
What are the key ingredients to a successful project?
- Plenty of time at the beginning of the project to scope the objectives carefully. This becomes your roadmap and assures that the testing and tracking data proves you are meeting those goals
- Evaluate the quality of the raw content and improving it if necessary
- Let your eLearning provider lead the development when there are other agencies involved as content experts
- … and of course weekly reports and great project management.
Do you only work with the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector?
We have deep client relationships in that sector so have become knowledgeable of their requirements and content but our solutions work in any industry and in any language. We see ourselves as global knowledge architects dealing with today’s business challenges, no matter the sector or which country they are in.
Are you willing to work in partnership with other agencies to deliver a solution?
Absolutely. We have a long tradition of partnering with other agencies to deliver innovative, world-class solutions. Our agency partners range from medical education and strategic marketing consultancies who often act as subject matter experts on our projects, to communications agencies who support the roll out.
